Ingredients
  

Chicken

  • 1.5 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into bite-sized pieces

Bang Bang Sauce

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tbsp sriracha sauce adjust to taste
  • 1 tbsp honey

Seasoning

  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish to prevent sticking.
  • Prepare the chicken: Cut the chicken into evenly sized pieces and season with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  • Mix the bang bang sauce: In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and honey until smooth and creamy.
  • Coat the chicken: Add the chicken to the sauce and stir until every piece is well coated.
  • Transfer to baking dish: Spread the coated chicken evenly in the prepared baking dish.
  • Bake until done: Bake uncovered for 30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce is bubbling.
