  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 10 oz Rotel diced tomatoes with green chilies, drained
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • optional: sliced green onions or chopped jalapeños for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Soften the cream cheese: Ensure the cream cheese is at room temperature for easy mixing and a smooth, creamy dip.
  • Mix cheeses: In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese with shredded cheddar and mozzarella. Stir until smooth and well blended.
  • Add Rotel and ranch seasoning: Drain the Rotel tomatoes and stir them into the cheese mixture along with the ranch seasoning. Mix until evenly combined.
  • Heat if desired: You can serve the dip cold, or warm it in the microwave for 1–2 minutes, stirring halfway, or in a slow cooker on low for 30 minutes for a melty dip.
  • Garnish and serve: Top with optional green onions or jalapeños. Serve immediately with tortilla chips, crackers, or fresh vegetables.
