Chicken Alfredo Bake
- 12 oz pasta (penne or rotini) cooked al dente
- 2 cups cooked chicken diced or shredded
- 2 cups alfredo sauce homemade or store-bought
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder optional
- to taste salt and black pepper
Cook the pasta: Boil pasta in salted water until just al dente, then drain.
Mix the filling: In a large bowl, combine pasta, cooked chicken, alfredo sauce, and seasonings.
Assemble the bake: Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
Add cheese: Sprinkle mozzarella and parmesan evenly over the top.
Bake: Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25–30 minutes until bubbly and lightly golden.
Rest and serve: Let rest for 5 minutes before serving warm.
