Cream Cheese Layer

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped topping divided

Instructions

  • Make the cookie crust: In a bowl, mix crushed cookies with melted butter until evenly coated. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9x9-inch baking dish to form the base.
  • Prepare the cream cheese layer: Beat softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth. Gently fold in 1 cup of whipped topping until light and fluffy.
  • Mix the pudding: In a separate bowl, whisk the vanilla pudding mix with cold milk until thickened. Let it sit for 2–3 minutes to fully set.
  • Layer the dessert: Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cookie crust. Carefully layer the pudding mixture on top, smoothing it gently.
  • Add the topping: Spread the remaining whipped topping over the pudding layer. Sprinkle generously with Christmas sprinkles or crushed holiday cookies.
  • Chill and serve: Refrigerate the cookie lasagna for at least 3–4 hours before slicing and serving. Serve cold for clean layers and best texture.
