Pumpkin Bread Batter
- 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp ground cloves
- 1 cup pumpkin puree not pumpkin pie filling
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar packed
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Prepare the pan: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
Mix the dry ingredients: In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves until evenly combined.
