Potatoes & Seasoning

  • 4 russet potatoes, washed and cut into wedges
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • optional: fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil for easy cleanup.
  • Prepare potatoes: Wash and scrub the potatoes. Cut each into 6–8 wedges, ensuring similar sizes for even baking.
  • Season potatoes: In a large bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
  • Arrange and bake: Spread the wedges in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
  • Serve: Remove from oven, optionally garnish with fresh parsley, and serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
