- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Bang Bang Sauce
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp sriracha sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp lime juice
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil for frying
Prep the salmon: Cut salmon into bite-sized cubes and season with salt and black pepper. Set aside.
Set up breading stations: Place flour in one shallow dish, beaten eggs in another, and panko breadcrumbs in a third.
Bread the salmon: Coat each salmon piece first in flour, then dip in egg, and finally in panko breadcrumbs, ensuring even coating.
