Ingredients
  

Potatoes

  • 1.5 lb baby potatoes cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • fresh parsley chopped, for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Parboil the Potatoes: Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the potatoes for about 8 minutes until just tender. Drain and let them steam dry.
  • Heat the Skillet: Heat olive oil and butter together in a skillet over medium-high heat until melted and sizzling.
  • Crisp the Potatoes: Add potatoes in a single layer and cook undisturbed for 5–6 minutes until deeply golden on the bottom.
  • Add Garlic and Seasoning: Stir in garlic, salt, and pepper. Continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until all sides are crispy.
  • Finish and Serve: Remove from heat, rest for a few minutes, garnish with parsley, and serve warm.
