Equipment

  • Mixing Bowl
  • Spoon or spatula
  • Baking tray
  • Parchment Paper

Ingredients

Yogurt Base

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt plain or vanilla
  • 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1–2 tbsp honey or maple syrup to taste
  • optional chocolate chips for topping

Instructions

  • Mix the base: I combine the Greek yogurt, peanut butter, and sweetener in a bowl and stir until smooth and creamy.
  • Prepare the tray: I line a baking tray with parchment paper so the bites don't stick.
  • Portion the bites: I spoon small dollops of the mixture onto the tray, keeping them evenly spaced.
  • Add toppings: If using, I sprinkle chocolate chips or drizzle a little honey on top of each bite.
  • Freeze: I place the tray in the freezer and let the bites freeze until firm.
  • Store and enjoy: Once frozen, I transfer the bites to an airtight container and enjoy them straight from the freezer.
