- 2 black tea bags
- 1 stick cinnamon
- 4 cardamom pods lightly crushed
- 1 tsp fresh ginger grated
- 2 cups milk dairy or non-dairy
- 1–2 tbsp honey or sugar to taste
Step 1 – Simmer spices: Add water, cinnamon stick, cardamom pods, and ginger to a saucepan. Simmer gently for 8–10 minutes until fragrant.
