Cowboy Butter Base
- 1 cup unsalted butter softened
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley finely chopped
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper optional, for heat
- 1/2 tsp salt adjust to taste
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Soften the butter: Let the butter sit at room temperature until soft and easy to mix.
Add flavorings: Place butter in a bowl and add garlic, parsley, mustard, paprika, cayenne, salt, and pepper.
Mix until smooth: Stir everything together until fully combined and creamy.
Taste and adjust: Adjust seasoning to your preference for heat, salt, or garlic.
Chill or serve: Use immediately or refrigerate for 30 minutes to let flavors meld.
