Shrimp Stir Fry
- 300 g raw shrimp peeled and deveined
- 1 cup broccoli florets cut small
- 1/2 cup carrots sliced thin
- 1/2 cup mushrooms sliced
- 2 tbsp butter or oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp garlic minced fresh garlic
- 1/4 tsp salt adjust to taste
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
Step 1 – Prep shrimp: Wash shrimp gently and pat completely dry before shrimp stir fry starts.
Step 2 – Cook base: Heat butter or oil in wok and cook onions and carrots for soft sizzle.
