Ingredients
  

Shrimp Stir Fry

  • 300 g raw shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup broccoli florets cut small
  • 1/2 cup carrots sliced thin
  • 1/2 cup mushrooms sliced
  • 2 tbsp butter or oil
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp garlic minced fresh garlic
  • 1/4 tsp salt adjust to taste
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Step 1 – Prep shrimp: Wash shrimp gently and pat completely dry before shrimp stir fry starts.
  • Step 2 – Cook base: Heat butter or oil in wok and cook onions and carrots for soft sizzle.
  • Step 3 – Add veggies: Toss broccoli florets and mushrooms into the shrimp stir fry I make.
  • Step 4 – Sauce: Pour soy sauce and minced garlic glaze over shrimp stir fry slowly.
  • Step 5 – Finish cook: Stir and cook shrimp until tender and glossy in shrimp stir fry.
  • Step 6 – Season: Sprinkle salt and pepper at the end when shrimp stir fry turns thick.
