Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 1.5 lb large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 lb baby red potatoes halved
  • 3 ears corn on the cob cut into chunks
  • 12 oz smoked sausage sliced

Seasoning & Liquid

  • 3 tbsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 2 cups water or seafood broth
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice fresh

Instructions

  • Build the Base: Place the halved potatoes and sliced smoked sausage into the bottom of the slow cooker so they cook evenly and soak up flavor.

  • Add the Cooking Liquid: Pour in the water or seafood broth and add fresh lemon juice to help all the ingredients cook evenly.

  • Rest and Serve: Let the shrimp boil rest for a few minutes, then serve hot with lemon wedges and melted butter if desired 💛
