Ingredients
  

Chicken Wings

  • 2 lbs chicken wings split at joints, tips removed
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Sweet and Spicy Sauce

  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup hot sauce adjust to taste
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp garlic minced
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes optional, for extra heat

Instructions
 

  • Prep the wings: Pat wings dry, toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  • Cook until crispy: Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 35–40 minutes, flipping halfway, or air fry until golden and crisp.
  • Make the sauce: Simmer honey, hot sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, and pepper flakes until thick and glossy.
  • Toss the wings: Add cooked wings to a bowl and toss generously with the sauce.
  • Serve hot: Plate immediately and enjoy with a cooling dip if desired.
