Chicken Wings
- 2 lbs chicken wings split at joints, tips removed
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Sweet and Spicy Sauce
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/4 cup hot sauce adjust to taste
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp garlic minced
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes optional, for extra heat
Prep the wings: Pat wings dry, toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Cook until crispy: Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 35–40 minutes, flipping halfway, or air fry until golden and crisp.
Make the sauce: Simmer honey, hot sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, and pepper flakes until thick and glossy.
Toss the wings: Add cooked wings to a bowl and toss generously with the sauce.
Serve hot: Plate immediately and enjoy with a cooling dip if desired.
