Ultimate Seafood Boil
This ultimate seafood boil is my go-to recipe when I want food that feels bold, joyful, and meant to be shared.
It's packed with shrimp, crab legs, corn, potatoes, and sausage, all showing up in one big, flavorful pot.
Every time I make it, it turns dinner into a full experience, not just a meal.

Seafood & Add-Ins
- 2 lb shrimp shell-on, deveined
- 2 lb crab legs
- 1 lb smoked sausage sliced
- 6 corn on the cob halved
- 1 1/2 lb baby potatoes
Seasoning & Butter Sauce
- 1/2 cup seafood boil seasoning
- 2 lemons halved
- 8 cloves garlic crushed
- 1 cup unsalted butter melted
Season the water: I fill a large pot with water, add seafood boil seasoning, garlic, and lemons, then bring it to a rolling boil.
Cook the potatoes and sausage: I add the potatoes and sausage first and let them cook until the potatoes are just tender.
Add the corn: I drop in the corn and let everything boil together for a few more minutes.
Cook the seafood: I add the shrimp and crab legs last, cooking just until the shrimp turn pink and opaque.
Drain and toss: I carefully drain the pot and toss everything with melted butter and extra seasoning.
Serve and enjoy: I spread the seafood boil out on a tray or lined table and serve immediately.
